These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Interview Yen (“the App”), operated by Founder Manage LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Interview Yen is an AI-powered interview practice tool that provides real-time audio transcription and AI-generated coaching responses during practice sessions. The App is designed for interview preparation and practice purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Interview Yen. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use Interview Yen for lawful interview practice and preparation purposes. You agree NOT to:
Important: Interview Yen is an interview practice and preparation tool. We strongly advise against using AI assistance during live interviews where it is prohibited. Using AI tools during a real interview without disclosure may violate the hiring organization’s policies and could result in disqualification or termination.
The App, including its design, features, AI models, and code, is owned by Founder Manage LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the App (e.g., notes, practice responses). We do not claim ownership of your transcripts or session data.
AI-generated responses are provided for practice and educational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies, errors, or suboptimal solutions. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for interview preparation. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Audio data is processed transiently and never stored. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
We strive to keep Interview Yen available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDER MANAGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
Interview Yen is a product of Founder Manage LLC, which also operates InterviewZen. While both products are built by the same team, they operate on separate infrastructure. Your Interview Yen data is not shared with or accessible by the InterviewZen platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
